We recommend making a reservation at least 2 weeks in advance. Tours book up quickly on high season (Nov-April).

You can still visit our Factory Store! It features some unique products that are only selling at our store, ( Kaokao tee-shirts, seasonal gourmet chocolate bars…) and remember that our prices are lower than anywhere else in town, because they are factory prices!
We also have lots of samples available in the store!
Yes. The entire facility is wheelchair accessible. The tour includes a little walking , little seating and little standing on concrete. There are no stairs on the tour.
There is not a parking , but you can park in the street , in front of our building.
By taxi. Many taxis are parked at the main piers. Just ask one taxi to drive you to our factory and we will call another taxi when the tour ends.Taxi is a union, and rates can varies depends on the number of persons, the type of vehicule, or/and the origin of where you take it. Cozumel is a small Island, and we are located at maximum 20 minutes driving from any of the following piers:

Sometimes, cruise ships change their itinerary due to bad weather in one of the ports they will visit. If you have a change in your itinerary, please, contact us in order to reschedule your tour.
